WHERE IS AFREEN BASED?
We are proudly based in Sacramento, California, USA. All orders are processed and shipped from our production warehouse in India with secure packaging and tracking.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Not at the moment. AFREEN by Toor is an online-only Modern Indian ethnic jewelry brand, allowing us to serve customers across the U.S. and select international regions while keeping our handcrafted collections accessible.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Currently, we do not offer local pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your address with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

DO YOU WORK WITH CONTENT CREATORS OR INFLUENCERS?

ORDERS
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS & SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates. You can also track your order using theTrack Your Order page on our website.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
We can only update shipping addresses if your order has not shipped yet. Please email us as soon as possible at support@afreen.store with your updated details.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You may request a cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed as we begin processing immediately to ensure quick delivery.
CAN I VIEW MY ORDER STATUS ONLINE?
Yes! Once you place your order, you can view all details, follow preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account section or via your confirmation email.
SHIPPING
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN THE U.S.?
We offer standard shipping for all U.S. orders:
- 7–14 business days (average)
All orders include tracking and secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
HOW LONG DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE TO DELIVER?
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance in your country.
Please note:
- Customs inspections may add extra time to delivery.
- Once the package leaves our facility, delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.
WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use trusted international and domestic carriers to ensure safe delivery. All shipments include real-time tracking.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Currently, we offer standard shipping only to keep costs transparent and affordable. Expedited shipping options may be introduced in the future.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
- Some countries may require import duties or taxes upon delivery.
- We may contact you if your country requires duties to be paid before shipment.
- AFREEN by Toor is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid fees.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At AFREEN by Toor, we accept returns on eligible U.S. orders within 7 days of delivery to maintain the quality and hygiene of our handcrafted jewelry.
- Jewelry must be completely unworn and in original packaging with all components.
- The AFREEN security seal must be intact. Items with broken or tampered seals will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- Custom, bridal, clearance, and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
IS THERE A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
Yes, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods to ensure your jewelry arrives safely back to us.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes! We offer exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must meet the same requirements as returns (unworn, intact seal, original packaging).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges both ways.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item or size.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- Email us at support@afreen.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the unopened item with intact seal.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.
- Once received, items are inspected before approval for refund or exchange.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — WHAT DO I DO?
We take quality seriously and every piece is inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact support@afreen.store within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, and provide a prepaid return label for confirmed defective items.
CAN I RETURN SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS?
No. All clearance, promotional, final sale, and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
CAN I USE A PROMO CODE AND GIFT CARD TOGETHER?
Yes! You can apply avalid promo code and a gift card in the same order as long as the promo code is not already restricted to single-use or excluded items.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS OR BUY NOW, PAY LATER?
Absolutely! You can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments using Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay.
We also offer longer-term monthly payment options through Affirm—just select your preferred plan at checkout.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes. Sales tax is applied where required by law and is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
CAN I PAY IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?
All orders are processed in USD. If you’re shopping from outside the U.S., your bank or credit card provider may apply a small conversion fee depending on your location.
PRODUCT & JEWELLERY CARE
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Our jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality mixed metal bases such as brass, copper, and alloy, plated with real gold, antique finishes, rhodium, or silver plating.
We use a variety of stones including American Diamond (AD), Zircon, Kundan, and Moissanite Polki, depending on the design.
Please note: Some of our pieces may contain trace amounts of nickel.
IS YOUR JEWELRY HYPOALLERGENIC?
While many of our pieces are nickel-free, we cannot guarantee that all products are 100% hypoallergenic. Our mixed metal bases (brass, copper, alloy) may contain trace levels of nickel.
If you have a known metal allergy or skin sensitivity, please contact us before placing an order so we can guide you toward the safest options.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH OR FADE?
With proper care, your AFREEN jewelry will remain beautiful for years. Tarnishing can occur over time due to water, sweat, perfume, or humidity exposure.
To maintain its shine, always store your pieces in adry place, ideally in the pouch or box provided.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
- Avoid water, perfume, lotions, and sweat
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Use a soft cloth to gently clean after wearing
- Keep each piece in its own pouch or box to avoid scratches
CAN I WEAR YOUR JEWELRY DAILY?
AFREEN jewelry is designed for special occasions such as weddings and cultural events. While some customers wear their pieces daily, we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping to maintain its plating and luster.
We are currently working on a new collection designed specifically for daily wear, including water-friendly options. Stay tuned for updates!

IS YOUR JEWELRY GIFT-READY?
Yes! Every AFREEN order is carefully packaged in our signature jewelry box, making it perfect for gifting or keeping for yourself.
No need to add separate gift wrapping — it's ready to present straight out of the box.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGES?
Yes! You can include a handwritten gift message with your order.
Just leave your note in the “Order Notes”section during checkout, and we’ll include your personalized message with the package.
CAN I SEND A GIFT DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout.
Make sure to leave a note in the “Order Notes” section stating that the order is a gift — we’ll ensure no pricing information is included inside the package.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts. They are delivered via email, never expire, and can be used on any AFREEN product.
