• Intact Security Seal: All AFREEN jewelry comes with a security seal. If the seal is broken or tampered with, the item cannot be returned and will be sent back to the customer
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
• Complete Order: All pieces from your order must be returned together to receive a full refund

• Items with broken or tampered security seals
• Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
• Items damaged by customer mishandling
